Venice Access Fee – 2026
The good news 1: The entrance fee in 2026 will again be €5.00 per day.
The good news 2: What’s often overlooked in the media is that admission is free on most weekdays! With only three minor exceptions: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are free of charge. Admission is only charged if you travel to Venice on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Furthermore, there are numerous exceptions. For example, all visitors with booked accommodation in Venice do not have to pay an entrance fee.
